Starting 2014, bowhunting is officially allowed by Belarusian hunting regulation. Using bows is regulated also by firearms legislation which treats bows as firearms. Thus, to bring your bow in Belarus you must comply with the following:

• your bow must have a serial number on it;
• you must prove that you possess this bow legally, e.g. a receipt from the store with bow serial number;
• you must have a valid document from police in your country which proves that you possess a bow or firearms, e.g. US handgun license or European firearms passport;
• you must have a valid hunting license in your country.
